The Request

Create an open floor concept with a kitchen that would allow for more functional space and a place to entertain.

The Challenge

While this project had some unique challenges we were able to meet those challenges and create a beautiful space.

• Removing a load-bearing wall with air ducts inside.
• Match the new open space to the rest of the home.

The Result

For this open floor concept we removed a load bearing wall and added a LVL beam between dinning room and the kitchen. Transitional style with white shaker cabinets, gray hardware and Travertine counter tops, refinished hardwood floors with natural color.
